Power Wave Generator (PWG)

Power Wave Generator (PWG) is a state-of-the-art ‘Dry’ Boiler Cleaning Energy Efficiency Technology for large coal-fired and biomass boilers in power generation and industrial process plants. The PWG permanently removes Ash/Slag accumulation on boiler tubes by injecting a continuous high- pressure air blast (PW Shot) up to every 15 minutes into the boiler with a strength of up to 900 Bar. The PWS hot generates compressive stress within the Ash/Slag creating a pulling and suction effect that cracks and removes the Ash/Slag.
